Responsibilities
- • Prepare cost estimates and budgets

Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- • 5+ years of QS experience
- • Experience with cost estimation software
- • Knowledge of UAE construction market
- • Strong analytical skills
- • RICS membership preferred
